Note most bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking start time. Lowe's bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the booking start time. Regardless, please confirm the new booking date and time with the customer before rescheduling the booking.
You can reschedule a job by following these steps:
1. Log into the online Angi Services Company Portal
2. View "Upcoming" jobs
3. Click on the relevant booking ID #
4. Click the "Reschedule / Cancel" button
5. Select a new date / time
- Please confirm the new date / time with the customer before rescheduling the booking.
6. Click on "Reschedule"
- Your customer will receive an email immediately with this new booking information.
