How do I schedule a job with the customer on the company portal?
We will notify you when a new ‘Schedule Together’ job is assigned to you. You can click on the schedule button via your email:
Or you can go to the Angi Services Company Portal (companies.angi.com) to view ‘Schedule Together’ jobs in your Upcoming jobs queue:
From there you can view the customer’s information. Give them a call and decide on a date/time that works for both of you.
Click on “Schedule” button on the top right which will open up a pop-up to select a date and time:
Once you select a date and time, click on “Schedule” to save the selected date and time.
Here you can also click on “Cancel” to unassign yourself from the job.
Note: you won’t be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel before the 48 hour time window is up.

Can I turn off Schedule Together on my own? If so, how?
Yes, you can toggle the Schedule Together feature “On/Off” from the Company Portal. See directions above.
How much time do I have to schedule a job with the customer?
For Lowe's bookings you have 48 hours to contact the customer and schedule the booking at your convenience.
For Google Nest HVAC Maintenance bookings you have 24 hours to contact the customer and schedule the booking at your convenience.
Can I unassign or reject the assigned job?
Yes, you can choose to unassign yourself from a “Schedule Together” job if you wish.
