What is the Angi Services Company Portal for Company Pros?
Previously known as the Handy Company Portal, the Angi Services Company Portal helps connect local pro companies with jobs in their area. The hours of those jobs are flexible enough to work with anyone's busy schedule. Gain access to hundreds of jobs in your city and build your business the way you want.
Why is the name changing?
We're bringing the flexibility and quality jobs you expect from Handy together with the name recognition of Angi in order to serve pros better.
What is changing for Pros? What do I need to do?
The Handy Company Portal will become Company Portal for Angi Services — but the portal’s functionality will stay the same. You get the same great jobs and features as before along with better support. If you use the Handy for Pros app and don’t have auto-updates turned on, you’ll need to update your app through the Apple or Google Play store — the name will be changed to Angi Services for Pros app.
How do I access my Company account on the Company Portal for Angi Services?
For the time being, you'll continue to access your company account at companies.angi.com but will see the Angi logo. Your sign-in credentials will stay the same.
Do I need to update anything?
No. The Company Portal for Angi Services will change automatically. But, if you also use the Handy for Pros app, take a look the directions below:
If your phone has auto-update turned on, then you won't need to do anything. The Handy for Pros app will update to Angi Services automatically.
If you don’t have auto-updates turned on, you’ll need to update your app. Here’s how:
- For iOS:
- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
- Tap Update next to the Pro app
- For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap Manage apps & device
- Tap Update next to the Pro app
Why am I still seeing Handy jobs on the Company Portal for Angi Services?
Handy is now part of Angi. Don’t be surprised if you see Handy jobs on the Company Portal for Angi Services, or hear customers mention booking through Handy. You’ll see that each job on the portal is marked “Booking made through Handy” or “Booking made through Angi.” Either way, the job and benefits to pros remain the same.
Will I need to answer customer questions about this name change?
No, this name change is only impacting pros. Customers will be able to book through Handy, HomeAdvisor, or Angi — then all the info you need to pursue jobs will come to you through the Company Portal for Angi Services. You’ll see that each job on the app is marked “Booking made through Handy'' or “Booking made through Angi.”
What is Angi and how is it related to Handy?
Handy is now part of Angi. You'll still see Handy jobs on the Company Portal for Angi Services, and customers will be able to book through both Handy and Angi. However, all the info you need to pursue jobs will come to you on the Company Portal for Angi Services.
How does Angi Services work with Angi Leads or Angi Ads?
Angi Services is separate from Angi Leads and Angi Ads. If you have leads or active projects in Angi Leads or Ads, they will not impact Angi Services. And if you have jobs in Angi Services, they won't impact Angi Leads or Ads.
Does this impact payments?
No. This name change will not impact payments. When customers pay through Angi or Handy, you’ll see funds transferred into your connected bank account.
