There are three primary ways you can be set up in the Angi Services Company Portal to receive and schedule jobs
1. Instant Book
- You set the hours and days on which you’d like to receive jobs. Once you make these selections, your company will automatically receive new jobs within these parameters. We can also help set up a mileage radius so that you only receive jobs in your preferred area (please email us to set the distance).
- We will send you the job details and customer details. In most cases, there will be a set appointment time connected to the booking.
- We ask that you call the customer as soon as you can to confirm the appointment time and scope of work.
- You are welcome to reach out to the customer to find a new appointment time that works for you both and reschedule the booking in the Company Portal.
2. Request Only
- You can view a pool of jobs that are in your area and claim them as you wish
- You have no obligation to complete any job (and cannot be paid for any job) until you claim it
- All jobs come with a preassigned date and time
- Potential volume may be reduced as other companies on Instant Book and Schedule Together settings will receive them first
3. Schedule Together
- Schedule Together is another way to automatically be assigned to jobs from Angi Services (Important note: this setting will only be available to you if you complete Lowe’s or Google Nest HVAC Maintenance bookings)
- You will be notified of all new jobs via email and will be able to view them in the Upcoming jobs tab in the Company Portal
- Once you receive the job, your company has 48 hours to contact the customer and set a date and time that works for you both for Lowe's bookings and 24 hours for Google Nest HVAC Maintenance bookings.
- If you don’t schedule within 24 or 48 hours, we will select a predetermined time which you can still adjust with the customer.
What is the difference between Instant Book and Schedule Together?
Instant Book and Schedule Together are two different job scheduling options. With both options, jobs are automatically added to your schedule. However, all Instant Book jobs have a predetermined date and time and are added based on your availability settings. Schedule Together allows you to work with the customer to determine a date and time for the job that works for you both.
Can I enable Schedule Together and Instant Book at the same time?
Yes! If you choose to enable both options then you will receive both Instant Book and Schedule Together jobs.
How do I change my scheduling settings?
The Scheduling tab sits under the Settings section on the left-hand side menu of the portal. Click on ‘Scheduling’ to set your preferences.
Enable or disable the Schedule Together setting by clicking on the toggle.
- As a reminder, the Schedule Together setting is only available for Lowe’s or Google Nest Maintenance jobs. No other partner bookings are eligible for this setting at this time.
Edit your Instant Book settings by setting your weekly availability.
- Check your available days and edit your daily hours by clicking on the blue ‘Edit’ button.
If you prefer not to be assigned to bookings automatically on our platform, you can disable Schedule Together and uncheck your Instant Book availability. Doing this will ensure you are set up as Request Only.
- The Request Only setting allows you to manually claim jobs from the Available Jobs page.

How will my company receive orders?
Our technology will create bookings on the Angi Services platform and make them available to you via the Company Portal. If you have selected Instant Book or Schedule Together settings, you will receive bookings automatically! If you are Request Only, you must login to the Company Portal to claim available jobs in your area.
How will my company know when we have received a booking via Instant Book or Schedule Together? How does scheduling work?
You will be able to see this information in 2 places:
- Email - Angi Services will send you a confirmation email each time a new job is assigned to you. This will show you the date and time of the appointment (if that has already been set), the customer’s information, and the booking details.
- The Company Portal - You will see your scheduled bookings in the “Scheduled Jobs” tab under “Upcoming”. This tab will display all of your future jobs.
Oftentimes, you will see the option to schedule the booking directly with the customer
- You have 48 business hours to schedule directly with the customer for Lowe's bookings and 24 hours for Google Nest Maintenance bookings. If you do not schedule it within these time frames, we will auto-schedule it based on your pre-set business hours.
Other times, you may receive a job that already has a set a date and time
- If the timing does not work with your schedule, you are welcome to reach out to the customer to find a new appointment time that works for you both and reschedule the booking in the Company Portal.
Where can I leave notes to indicate I called the customer?
- Currently, we do not have that option. If you are unable to get in touch with the customer, please see the question “What if I cannot get in touch with a customer?” (below)
What if I cannot get in touch with a customer to schedule their booking?
- If you are not able to get in touch with a customer, please chat with us via the blue chat icon to see if we have an alternate phone number. If you are still unable to get in touch with the customer to schedule, you can unclaim the job via the Company Portal.
I’ve just received a new booking with a set date and time, now what?
When you’re scheduled for a booking that already has a set date and time, we recommend that you call and confirm the booking with the customer as soon as possible.
On this call you should make sure to verify the date and time of the booking as well as confirm the scope of work. If you are able to complete the job at an earlier date than when it is scheduled for, feel free to offer this to the customer and if they agree, use the reschedule button on the Job Description page in the Company Portal to let us know the new time.
How do I reschedule a booking?
You can reschedule a job by following these steps:
- Log into the online Angi Services Company Portal,
- View "Upcoming" jobs,
- Click on the relevant booking ID #,
- Click the "Reschedule / Cancel" button,
- Select a new date/ time
- Click on "Reschedule"
How can I know more about the booking?
To get more details about the booking up front and to avoid unnecessary trips out to a customer’s home, please reach out via the blue chat icon for more information.
Why am I receiving jobs outside of my usual coverage area?
Because you are receiving potential jobs based on Angi Services regions, you will likely see jobs coming from different towns. If you receive a job that is further than you’d like to travel to, you can unclaim the booking within the Company Portal. If you find that you’re unclaiming the majority of your bookings because they’re too far away, please reach out via the blue chat icon so we can see if there’s a different region you should be set up for.
How do I unclaim a booking?
1. Log into the online Angi Services Company Portal
2. View "Upcoming" jobs
3. Click on the relevant booking ID #
4. Click the "Reschedule / Cancel" button
5. Click on 'Cancel job'
6. Let us know why you are cancelling the job, then click 'Next'
7. Confirm you need to cancel the job by clicking on the red 'Cancel Job' button
- Once you click on the red button the booking will be removed from your upcoming jobs.
- Please note, as long as the booking is 2 or more days out you will not receive a fee for removing the booking from your schedule.
