Yes. Should you have time to return to the customer's Lowe's store to obtain a new product for the job to be completed on the same day, Lowe's will pay out a $50 Trip Fee to replace the damaged item.
Note this is a one-time $50 payment added to your full service rate that covers the cost of the extra round trip to and from the store.
